Return and Refund Policy

While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, we understand that you may change your mind. To make a return for refund or exchange, please follow the instructions below.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your contract or return the products within 30 days of receipt, without having to justify your decision. This right begins upon receipt of your order by you or your designated recipient. This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items.

To exercise this right, return the product according to the instructions below. If you cannot return the products before the 30 days have expired, you must notify us of your intention to cancel, always within this 30-day period.

Your package remains your responsibility until it arrives at our place. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return.

Products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of the date you notify us of your wish to cancel the order, or within 30 days of receipt, if you have not notified us.

Items must be in their original condition, including documents, user manual, service papers and box. If this is not the case, we may not accept them or apply a deduction of up to 25% of the purchase value.

If the products are in their original condition, we will refund you within 2-4 business days after receiving the package or proof of return.

Refund Policy

Milano Straps allows you to return a product in stock within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. This right begins upon receipt by you or your designated representative.

The right of return applies only to products returned in their complete and original condition. Items that are damaged, not in their original packaging or with altered packaging will not be refunded.

If the return is made within 30 days of delivery, the refund will be made within 2 to 4 business days of receipt.

This right of return does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products.
